Our story
In 2021, we were consulting for a mid-size bakery chain in Pune. They had five outlets, a loyal customer base, and a brilliant product — but their billing was on paper, their inventory was guesswork, and their production planning happened in someone's head.
We looked for a software solution and found nothing that truly understood the bakery business. Generic POS systems didn't handle production. ERP systems were too complex and expensive. The gap was obvious.
Smart Bite Foods launched in 2022. Today we serve 500+ bakeries across 15+ cities, processing over ₹50 crore in billing every month. We're proud that 94% of our customers renew every year.
